All customers and Crush Insiders who purchase Willing or willa Beauty products are eligible for the 100% Happiness Guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will take it back anytime and give you a full refund.

If a Beauty Advisor returns their Enrollment Set, they must terminate their business.  They may receive a refund for the full set with in 30 days of the original purchase date.

Willing Beauty reserves the right to request product back prior to issuing refund and will provide a pre-paid return label.

Yes! We want you try our amazing skincare – we know you will love it!  But, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will take it back anytime and give you a full refund.

We will only refund payment to the original purchaser of the product.

Yes. You will receive a refund of the amount paid for the products + shipping, if all items are being returned. The Friends and Family code will not be re-issued.

The cost of shipping will be included in the refund if an entire order is returned to Willing Beauty, with an authorized pre-paid return label. In the event a single item from an order of several items is returned, the cost of shipping will not be refunded.

Willing Beauty will issue a refund in the original form of payment within 120 days of purchase. Any refunds requested outside of 120 days of purchase will be issued via check, which may take up to 30 days to be received to the address on file.

Willing Beauty reserves the right to request product back once a request is submitted. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of Willing Beauty receiving the product.

 

No. Willing Beauty will not accept returned product with unauthorized return labels. Product received with unauthorized return labels will be returned to sender.

We are unable to process exchanges, however, we are happy to refund the price paid for your product so you may make another purchase at your convenience.
