If you are a Beauty Advisor who becomes Inactive, your account will be transitioned back to a Crush Insider. As a Crush Insider, you can access your Back Office and participate in the Crush Club.

When a Beauty Advisor becomes Inactive, their account is transitioned back to a Crush Insider. To become a Beauty Advisor again, they must earn at least 3,500 Golden Heart Rewards to be invited back as a Beauty Advisor. To maintain your status as a Beauty Advisor, you need to generate at least 75 PV or greater in one full calendar month of every 3 consecutive calendar months.

The Retail Sales Commission rate has nothing to do with title, and instead is earned the previous month based on producing a minimum amount of sales (250 PV) to achieve Willing Hearts Club status and earn an additional 5% commission – for a 30% commission. In the Career Plan, the rate is shown at 30% for higher titles because the PV requirement to earn that title is equal to, or greater than, the amount required to achieve Willing Hearts Club status.  If they do not reach Willing Hearts status in any given month, they will be paid a 25% commission the following month.

A designation given to a Beauty Advisor who has generated 250 PV in the prior month.

Any Beauty Advisor in the Level 1 of another Beauty Advisor who achieved the Paid-As Title of Team Leader or above, while in the other Beauty Advisor’s Level 1 Team. Roll-ups may count as Direct Team Leaders for purposes of the Career Plan, as long as the advancement to Team Leader or above occurs while the new Team Leader is mentored by the Beauty Advisor needing the Direct Team Leader for a Career Plan qualification.

The cumulative Personal Volume for a Beauty Advisor and their Team down through Level 4 in any given month. For details regarding specific Team Volume requirements, please refer to the Career Plan.

The Personal Sponsor Bonus is paid to any qualifying Beauty Advisor or Origami Owl Designer on volume generated by Beauty Advisors they have personally sponsored into the Willing Beauty business, regardless of who is assigned to be the Mentor for the new Beauty Advisor. For details regarding Personal Sponsor Bonus amounts and qualifications, please refer to the Career Plan.

A Beauty Advisor who enrolls without a Mentor or Sponsor (also referenced as an “Orphan”).

Annie placements will be based on qualifications established by Willing Beauty in its sole and absolute discretion. Qualifications for eligibility may be updated from time to time.

Yes. You will earn Team Volume on all the Personal Volume produced by the Annie assigned to you, except for the PV generated as part of their first purchase.

Yes, you will earn Personal Volume (PV) on the orders placed by the Crush Insiders in your downline, if you are the Beauty Advisor closest to them in their Upline.

 

Example: Courtney is a Beauty Advisor. She is a Mentor to Crush Insider Cindy. Cindy mentors Crush Insider Melinda, who mentors Crush Insider Alexis. Volume produced from Cindy, Melinda and Alexis’ orders will count towards Courtney’s Personal Volume and commission.

 

If Melinda becomes a Beauty Advisor, Cindy is still her mentor for three months and Alexis’ volume will count towards Melinda’s Personal Volume and commission.

Yes. A Crush Insider is eligible to Mentor a Beauty Advisor for three full calendar months. If the Crush Insider does not become a Beauty Advisor within 3 full calendar months of the downline Crush Insider enrolling, the new Beauty Advisor will roll-up to the next active Beauty Advisor.

 

Example: Courtney is a Beauty Advisor. She is a Mentor to Crush Insider Cindy. Cindy mentors Crush Insider Melinda, who enrolls as a Beauty Advisor. Cindy has 3 full calendar months to become a Beauty Advisor. If Cindy does not become a Beauty Advisor within 2 full calendar months of Melinda enrolling, Melinda will roll-up to Courtney’s Level 1.

Once a Crush Insider earns 3,500 lifetime Golden Hearts Rewards, they will be invited to become a Beauty Advisor. If they enroll and produce at least 75 PV monthly, they will count toward your Personally Sponsored Qualified requirement, as well as your Team Volume (TV). If they do not enroll as a Beauty Advisor, you will earn commission and PV on their retail purchases, and their referral’s purchases.

If a Beauty Advisor becomes Inactive, their account is transitioned to a Crush Insider, and they will forfeit their Downline and all members of the Downline will roll up to the Inactive Beauty Advisor’s Mentor permanently.

Downline is another term used to describe a Beauty Advisor’s Organization (all other Beauty Advisors under a Beauty Advisor’s genealogy – also referenced as “Organization”).

Beauty Advisors who have met qualification requirements in the Career Plan will be eligible for monthly Team Bonuses earned on the sales volume of their Organization, with such Bonuses including: Personal Sponsoring Bonuses; Mentoring Bonuses; Director Generation Bonuses; and Advancement Bonuses. As used in the Career Plan, this term refers to all Direct Team Leaders in a Beauty Advisor’s Team, as well as any others with a Paid-As Title of Team Leader, or above, in Levels 1-4 of that Beauty Advisor’s Team.

The Mentor Bonus is paid to qualifying Beauty Advisors on Personal Volume generated by Levels 1-4 of their Team. The Mentor Bonus is designed to reward Beauty Advisors who work with those on their team by allowing them to earn a percentage of the sales generated by the individuals they mentor, and to benefit when that Beauty Advisor succeeds in creating a team for themselves. Willing Beauty’s top income earners make most of their money from their successful efforts as a Mentor. When a Beauty Advisor in the Downline of another Beauty Advisor achieves a Paid-As Title of Director, or above, according to the Career Plan, a new Generation is created. The new Generation then includes the new Director, and her or his Team, down to the next Paid-As Director in the lineage, or to the last level of Beauty Advisors. With the exception of the Team Leader Advancement Bonus, a Beauty Advisor must earn a rank for two months consecutively to earn an Advancement Bonus.

The Advancement Bonus is earned when the Beauty Advisor advanced in rank to Team Leader or above and has maintained the Paid-As title for two (2) consecutive months, within a 12-month period. Team Leader advancement bonus is paid immediately, it does not require maintaining for two (2) consecutive months. The Beauty Advisor’s Mentor is paid a Mentor Advancement Bonus when a Beauty Advisor on their first level advances to Team Leader or Director, if the Mentor is that Paid-as rank or above as well.
