To become an Executive Director, Beauty Advisors must generate 500 PV (Personal Volume), have nine (9) Personally Sponsored Qualified Beauty Advisors in their Team, have nine (9) Direct Team Leaders, have 30 Total Team Leaders and generate at least 250,000 TV (Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. When the Beauty Advisor has maintained the Paid-As title for two (2) consecutive months, within a 12-month period, they will receive a $2,500 bonus.

To become a Field Vice President, Beauty Advisors must generate 500 PV (Personal Volume), have 10 Personally Sponsored Qualified Beauty Advisors in their Team, have 10 Direct Team Leaders, have 45 Total Team Leaders and generate at least 450,000 TV (Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. When the Beauty Advisor has maintained the Paid-As title for two (2) consecutive months, within 12-month period, they will receive a $5,000 bonus.

To become a Senior Field Vice President, Beauty Advisors must generate 500 PV (Personal Volume), have 10 Personally Sponsored Qualified Beauty Advisors in their Team, have 10 Direct Team Leaders, have 75 Total Team Leaders and generate at least 750,000 TV (Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. When the Beauty Advisor has maintained the Paid-As title for two (2) consecutive months, within a 12-month period, they will receive a $10,000 bonus.

To become an Executive Field Vice President, Beauty Advisors must generate 500 PV (Personal Volume), have 10 Personally Sponsored Qualified Beauty Advisors in their Team, have 10 Direct Team Leaders, have 100 Total Team Leaders and generate at least 1,000,000 TV (Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. When the Beauty Advisor has maintained the Paid-As Title for two (2) consecutive months, within a 12-month period, they will receive a $25,000 bonus.

Yes!  Mentors are awarded $50 every time a team member in their Level one (1) achieves Paid-As Team Leader, if the Mentor is Paid-As Team Leader or above in the same month. For every new Level one (1) Director, the Mentor will receive a $500 bonus, if the Mentor is also Paid-As Director or above for both qualification months.

Monetary bonuses will be deposited into the earning Beauty Advisor’s PayQuicker account after achieving the new Paid-As title two (2) consecutive months, within a 12-month period. The bonus will be deposited the following month with the monthly commission payout.

Any Beauty Advisor in good standing who advances in rank for the first time. To be in good standing, Beauty Advisors must be following the Beauty Advisor Agreements, Terms + Conditions and Policies + Procedures.

A Beauty Advisor will receive a Digital Badge at every rank advancement, beginning at Senior Beauty Advisor, indicating their new rank. We want to encourage Beauty Advisors to always strive for greater heights, so these unique pieces of recognition jewelry are only available through achieving the entry level rank of each rank category for the first time. They cannot be purchased or earned through any other means.

Qualifiers will see an order in their Willing Beauty Central (Back Office) by the end of the following month, which will allow them to see more details on when they will receive their recognition jewelry.

If your email/shipping address is incorrect in the Back Office, please update it by 11:59 p.m. (CT) on the last calendar day of the month, as this is the email address we will be sending your congratulatory email to and shipping the recognition jewelry to.

If a Beauty Advisor advances in rank for the first time in a calendar month, and has not received communication by the final business day of the following month, they should contact Recognition@WillingBeauty.com.
