If you are building 2 teams presently, and wish to continue to build both, you simply need to register that you have 2 businesses, and you will never be asked to give one up regardless of the rank you reach. The deadline to register is September 30, 2017.

Effective September 30, 2017, Independent Designers/Beauty Advisors who reach a Career Title of Executive Team Manager and above may not lead or build a team with more than one direct sales company.
The Company believes Independent Business Owners will be most successful when they focus on leadership, building a team and operating only one direct sales business. We encourage all leaders to consider what the best choice will be for themselves and their teams, however, we will grandfather in those who have already reached this rank prior to September 30, 2017 if they choose to continue leading/building teams with both Origami Owl, Willing Beauty Company and any other direct sales company outside of the Origami Owl Family of Brands.
We recommend that you register both teams in order to be grandfathered into this policy. If you do not register, you will need to relinquish one team if you achieve the title of Executive Team Manager in the future.
You can access the registration form in your Willing Beauty Central (Back Office) which will allow you to disclose the details of both teams you currently are leading/building a team with. Login to your Back Office and select your name in the top-right corner, select Change Settings then Dual Registration > Add a New Dual Registration. You will also need to submit an image of your team structure for each business.

Note: with all three options above, you will keep earning your Sponsor Bonus on anyone you sponsored into either Willing Beauty or Origami Owl, as long as you reach the minimum title requirement (Senior Designer or Senior Beauty Advisor) for the company you are building a team with.
You do not need to take any action or do anything differently. If you do build a team with the second company, and at any point reach the rank of Executive Team Manager with either Origami Owl Family of Brands companies, you will need to resign or relinquish your team with one of the two companies.

If in the future you advance to the rank of Executive Team Manager, you will be able to keep both teams, if you so choose.

Yes. If you release your team with one of the two companies, you may still continue to represent both companies as an Independent Designer or Beauty Advisor. You will be asked to advise the company if anyone enrolls with you as Mentor so they may be moved to another team.
Advising the company you have a team with another direct sales business allows you to continue to represent both direct sales businesses moving forward, even if you reach the title of Executive Team Manager. If the company is not aware of your relationship with your second direct sales business prior to September 30, 2017 and discovers your involvement with two direct sales businesses in the future, you will not be protected by the Grandfather policy.
All Executive Team Managers and above must reach a decision by September 30, 2017. We recommend Executive Team Managers advise their teams of their decisions within 48 hours.

No. The company does not permit an Independent Business Owner to change Mentors following enrollment. For more information, please review Section 5.2 of the Policies and Procedures.
All Sponsor relationships will remain intact, and Cross-Sponsoring Bonuses will continue to be paid if the Sponsor maintains the minimum rank to receive a Sponsor Bonus (Senior Designer or Senior Beauty Advisor).
No. Only those who represent more than one direct sales company at the time the policy goes into effect and register such teams by September 30, 2017 will be protected by the grandfather policy.
Provided you are not resigning completely, your Customers and Crush Insiders will remain under you, and you will continue to earn commission on purchases they make on your Personal Web Page (PWP).
