Testimonials are allowed, but please review the following guidelines regarding approved terms and phrases.  Use of another Independent Business Owner’s original words as your own is plagiarism and is expressly forbidden.

Please refer to section 4.4.2 of the Policies & Procedures document or contact CGSupport@WillingBeauty.com regarding all requirements you must adhere to before creating testimonials.

We want to be sure that customers are getting correct information and that all product claims are substantiated. The U.S. Government regulates product claims through the FDA and FTC, so we invest in legal review and testing to ensure our product claims are accurate and in accordance with regulations. We do this to protect Willing Beauty and the Company, as well as our Beauty Advisors / Crush Insiders. Therefore, we require that Willing Beauty Advisors and Crush Insiders NOT make any claims regarding any Willing Beauty products other than those that are expressly provided by or approved by the Company. These guidelines are created for the protection of Willing Beauty and Beauty Advisors / Crush Insiders.

The Company has provided several marketing images for you to use when sharing the Willing Beauty opportunity which may be found on the Willing Beauty Pre-Launch Facebook page (here). These images may not be recreated or altered in any way.

 

We will not be accepting any marketing assets for approval.  If you would like to request a marketing tool not already provided by the Company that may be shared by everyone, please email MarketingGuidelines@WillingBeauty.com.

Independent Business Owners are not permitted create their own clothing or promotional items (buttons, pins, banners, etc.) with a Company logo or any of the Company’s trademarks or protected terms. A business materials website where you may purchase branded items will be provided by the Company.

Protected words and terms may not be used in your email address, Facebook group, Team Name or Personal Web Page (PWP).  The Company has invested in protecting its marks to protect itself and its Beauty Advisors from others infringing or misusing these terms. Infringement jeopardizes those protections.
