You should have received a shipping confirmation with tracking information. You should first check the tracking. If that does not give you a reason for non-delivery or delivery date, and your order has surpassed the fulfillment time (2-4 business days plus allotted time for chosen shipping method) and it still has not arrived, please call the Care Team at (866) 600-7525.
If your order is returning to the sender, please call the Care Team at (866) 600-7525 as soon as possible with the verified shipping address. If the order is returned to The Nest with no contact from the customer or Beauty Advisor, the order will be refunded and a new shipment will need to be generated and an additional shipping charge will apply.
If your order is showing delivered but has not arrived we ask that you check with your neighbors or front office. We also ask that you check the back door, side door or patio as carriers tend to leave packages there if nobody is home to accept it. If you still are unable to locate it, please call the Care Team at (866) 600-7525.

Sometimes, packages are inadvertently sorted incorrectly by carriers due to a number of factors including, but not limited to, human error and missed scans. In some of these cases, packages seem to be taking a “tour” of the U.S. before arriving to their final destination, delaying delivery. There are other times when our carriers route a high number of packages to a bigger sorting facility in their network during peak season. This is to ensure that these packages deliver the fastest way possible.
In the event your package appears to be taking a “tour”, please allow the full fulfillment time for your order to be delivered (2-7 business days once the order has shipped) prior to contacting the Care Team at 866-600-7525.
Orders, either to a Customer or a Beauty Advisor, will normally be fulfilled within two (2) business days of receipt. An additional 2-7 business days are then required for delivery depending on the chosen shipping method.
With the significant volume of orders received daily, we strive to have all orders fulfilled within two (2) business days of receipt. This time frame includes the necessary time needed to verify orders prior to being shipped to ensure accurate processing.

During periods of increased demand, including holidays or new product launches, you may experience a delay in the shipment of your order. Due to our fast fulfillment times, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. If an invalid mailing address is entered, your order will ship to that address and be returned to our warehouse. A new shipment will need to be generated and an additional ship charge will apply.
