willagirl/willaguy (8)

A willagirl/willaguy is a minor between the ages of 11 and 17 years that may be added to a Beauty Advocate account to participate in our willagirl/willaguy Program. If the Beauty Advocate is not the parent or legal guardian of the minor, they must first receive consent from the minor’s parent or legal guardian to enroll the child into the willagirl/willaguy Program.

If you are an existing Beauty Advocate, you can enroll a willagirl/willaguy through your Willing Beauty Central (Back Office). Login and select your name in the top-right corner, then View Profile. Click on the willagirl/willaguy tab then Add a New willagirl/willaguy to complete the enrollment form.

To enroll a willagirl/willaguy, you will need the following information:

  • If you are not the parent or legal guardian of the minor, you will first need permission and contact information from the parent or legal guardian.
  • The willagirl/willaguy will need their own email address.
  • The willagirl/willaguy date of birth.

You will be directed to a confirmation page where you have the option to add another willagirl/willaguy to your account. Once the enrollment has been verified by our Career and Guideline Support team your willagirl/willaguy will receive a welcome email.

Your enrollment form will be processed. Our Career and Guideline Support Team will follow-up with the parent or legal guardian to ensure they have granted permission for their child to enroll.

willagirl/willaguy are listed in a special field for recognition purposes, but not added to the account name. This is because a willagirl/willaguy is not considered a partial owner of the account.

Yes. There is no limit to how many willagirl/willaguy you may enroll, but please enroll each separately.

The willagirl/willaguy has the following options:

  1. Continue as a Co-Applicant on the account so long as the account holder is claiming that willagirl/willaguy as a dependent.
  2. Opt to no longer continue at all. They will be removed as an willagirl/willaguy and removed from the account.
  3. Create their own Beauty Advocate account and have the option to purchase an Enrollment Set (if they do not want the Enrollment Set, they can send it back for a refund).
  4. The account holder may transfer the account to the willagirl/willaguy.
  5. The Beauty Advocate and willagirl/willaguy may create a business entity or LLC and transfer their account to that so they may both continue as account holders.
